BYRNELOOBY APPOINTED TO THE LHC FRAMEWORK VALUED AT £292m
Framework for multidisciplinary consultancy services
LHC, one of the UK’s leading, not-for-profit public-sector procurement consortiums, has awarded ByrneLooby a place in its framework for multidisciplinary consultancy services for Lots 10 and 11 (covering civil and structural engineering) in the regions of London and Southeast (LSE) and North (CPC). Due to the high-quality selection criteria, places on each lot are limited, with only 9 to 14 consultants awarded a place. As a supplier on the framework, ByrneLooby will be providing their multidisciplinary expertise across various public sector projects including education, healthcare, schools and community centres, amongst others.
In total, the LHC framework delivers over 800 projects valued at £292m across the UK by providing procurement solutions for the refurbishment and maintenance of public sector buildings. Over 400 public sector organisations use the framework arrangements due to the benefits, including efficiency and high-quality project delivery following UK procurement rules and regulations.
Commenting on the appointment, Richard Thiemann, Director at Byrnelooby London, said: "We are proud to have been selected as a framework delivery partner for LHC, and we look forward to driving innovation, value, community enrichment and knowledge sharing! We are a highly agile and versatile partner with a broad range of capabilities, including geotechnical, civil and structural engineering design, waste management, project management, temporary works, environmental and sustainability expertise. At ByrneLooby, our passion for sustainable design, urban renaissance and regeneration with a dedicated Conservation team set us apart. Our values run parallel with LHC, which places high emphasis on sustainability and technical expertise as well as community engagement."
